Cydi graduated from The Massage School in St. Paul with their Massage Therapist Certification. They use their intuition, natural abilities passed down from their ancestors, skills, and knowledge from their education to create the best massage experience for their clients. They can do Swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy. They also incorporate different modalities in one session at times to help give relief, which can involve trigger point work, stretching of the myofascia, and stretching of the muscles to compliment the massage. Cydi enjoys focusing on the back, neck, and shoulders but is able to work on other areas as well.
Outside of massage therapy, Cydi loves spending time with family and her pets and also is a creative who loves to write music and poetry, and performs locally in the Twin Cities. She believes in the inherent value of all living things and wishes to use her talents to create a more happy, peaceful, and loving world.
During a session, Sydney utilizes techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, reflexology, guided relaxation, and more. She attentively and intuitively meets each client in their body’s current state of being, creating a safe space using the power of compassionate touch to encourage release and relaxation. Sydney practices Health At Every Size (HAES) care and believes all bodies coming from all walks of life deserve to be upheld and comforted.
In her free time, Sydney enjoys spending time with her partner and two cats, cooking and baking, writing poetry, gardening, and being in nature.
She graduated from The Massage School Saint Paul and has been studying massage and bodywork in multiple capacities for over seven years. At the core of her practice, Sydney is most passionate about caring for peoples’ bodies and guiding people into a more gentle mind & body space. She believes firmly in the way emotions (chronic stress, grief, anxiety, sadness) take root in the body, impacting wellbeing and the energy people carry through their days.

Bio coming soon!
Since I was a child, I have always felt a calling towards healing others. During my travels after high school, I learned from the locals that there are holistic ways of healing the body. After returning to Minnesota, I searched for a massage school with similar beliefs. That’s where I found The Massage School. I graduated in 2021 with my Massage Therapist Certification.
I use my skills and knowledge to bring people relief with Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage. I also incorporate different modalities during the sessions ranging from stretching, trigger point release, to compression. My ultimate goal during the session is to bring my clients to a space where they can release anything that doesn’t serve them. It brings me joy when the client’s mind and energy come back to balance after the session. I prefer to work on focus areas during the hour but would be more than happy to do a full body.
Emily graduated from Aveda Institute Minneapolis in 2016. Her specialties are relaxation, mixed with deep tissue and trigger point. She has an interest in reflexology as well.
Through her massage techniques, and using her intuition, she aims to help clients reach an inner connection with their bodies once more. She believes it is important to reconnect with oneself.
She also enjoys working with people who get frequent headaches or migraines.
In her free time, she enjoys learning more about energy work and other holistic types of healing, so she may use those skills in the future to further her massage techniques and abilities.
