TaiLicensed Massage Therapist, Owner of Avivage Massage
Tai is guide/owner of Avivage Massage and has been practicing massage since 2005. She graduated from Florida School of Massage in Gainesville where she also completed an intensive Sports Therapy program focused on injury rehabilitation in 2006. Her practice is an integration of rehabilitative work along with relaxation.

Her life experience keeps her passionate about healing and wellness. As a breast cancer survivor she enjoys working with women who have gone through it or are in the middle of their process.

Tai volunteered at Peaceful Pathways for women of domestic violence in Gainesville, Florida, and enjoys working with women who come from backgrounds of violence as she has overcome a history herself.

Her passions include creating supportive healing environments, nature, travel, medicinal foods and herbs, cooking and music.

RachelLicensed Massage Therapist, NeuroMuscular Therapy Certified
Rachel graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy and is certified in NeuroMuscular Therapy. Her education focused heavily on anatomy and physiology with a strong emphasis on trigger point patterns and muscle energy techniques. She enjoys doing focus work on specific issues and often incorporates neuromuscular techniques, re-educating muscle to function more efficiently and without pain.

Rachel is also a Healing Touch Practitioner Apprentice and is working toward her certification as an energy healer. Some of her other hobbies include hiking, camping, gardening, martial arts, west coast swing dancing, and fishing with her boyfriend.

StacyLicensed Massage Therapist, American Massage Therapy Association member
Stacy worked in the medical field for 20 years when she decided to follow her passion. She obtained her massage therapy certification and graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota. Stacy has always had a place in her heart for making people feel welcome and comfortable in her presence.

She enjoys working with clients looking for a relaxing experience, and prides herself on providing clients with the time to quiet their minds from the everyday busy lifestyles so they can regenerate and rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul.

SarahLicensed Massage Therapist
A graduate from Northern Lights School of Massage Therapy in 1998 and a devoted lifelong learner, Sarah uses her ever-evolving skill set and intuitive blend of intentional healing techniques to individually meet each client’s needs. This may include any combination of Swedish massage, deep tissue work, guided relaxation, hot or cold stones, massage cupping, passive stretching, focused trigger point therapy and craniosacral holds.

With a passion for holistic wellness and the study of the human body, a career in alternative health came naturally to Sarah. She is an attentive Massage Therapist who aims to create a nurturing and judgment free safe-haven for each and every client. In her free time Sarah can often be found making weird art, cooking vegetarian food or losing at mini golf.

MeganLicensed Massage Therapist, Neuromuscular Therapy certification
Megan graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University where she interned with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Chinese Herbalists. Her education and experiences have shown that alternative health care can help promote wellness and healing. She is certified in Neuromuscular Therapy and enjoys focusing on specific problems alongside encouraging relaxation with Swedish massage techniques.

Megan has a passion for learning and has an ambition to develop her own business of Integrative practices. Some of her hobbies include riding/training her horse, spending time with her dog, traveling, playing or listening to music, and reading

ZouaLicensed Massage Therapist
Zoua is moved in her heart to help people, and her desire is to provide bodywork for everyone. Her level of knowledge and professionalism, along with the presence she carries, are a part of every session. She genuinely cares about people, and her approach to bodywork is both therapeutic and relaxing.

Zoua is trained in Shiatsu therapy, therapeutic and relaxation massages, craniosacral techniques, trigger point therapy, cupping and hot stone massage. Furthermore on her journey, Zoua is in the midst of training to become a DONA International certified Birth Doula.

KristyLicensed Massage Therapist
A yoga teacher and anatomy nerd at heart, Kristy’s approach to massage is firmly rooted in the belief that healing touch can be the best preventative medicine. Kristy is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Prenatal, and Chair Massage, in addition to lymphatic and myofascial release techniques.

By integrating her knowledge of the body and of massage methods, Kristy supports the body’s natural healing process and allows space and time to release tension, ease injury, as well as promote healthy and joyful movement.

FreyaLicensed Massage Therapist
Freya is a graduate of the East/West program at CenterPoint Massage & Shiatsu Therapy School and Clinic, Freya is trained in cupping, hot and cold stone massage, and Guasha.

She enjoys being a part of helping others bring their body and mind into balance and wellness through massage. She believes in providing each client with a thoughtful and focused session, using combined techniques from Swedish, therapeutic, and Shiatsu massage. Other interests include facepainting, balloon twisting, music, art, urban and nature adventuring, and continuing to create and learn new things!

OrindelLicensed Massage Therapist
Orindel completed a certificate in Massage Therapy at Irene’s Myomassology Institute in Southfield, Michigan, in 2019. Shortly after, he moved to Minnesota to practice his craft and to be near family. Orindel specializes in Swedish massage, relaxation, muscle release and energy work.

Originally born and raised in Jamaica, he later moved to the U.S. to pursue a better life for him and his family. After working in various fields including restaurant management, he decided to pursue a career in massage therapy after friends and family saw his talents and recommended that he follow his dreams. In his spare time, Orindel enjoys working and learning about cars, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family.

MarielleLicensed Massage Therapist
Marielle is a 2011 graduate from the Aveda Institute, and specializes in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massages. Massage is a career path that truly grounds her, and brings her happiness by allowing her to bring healing and happiness to others.

She is also a full time student studying creative writing, and in her free time enjoys camping, hiking, cooking, writing, playing music, and torturing her beloved cat Ophelia with forced snuggles and silly hats.

CarmenLicensed Massage Therapist
Carmen studied Massage Therapy at South Texas Vo-Tech, where she gained a passion for the body and healing. The ancient knowledge of Eastern medicine became her focus and her understanding of the mind-body connection, along with Kinesiology, transformed her practice. Carmen is able to recognize the source of pain and discomfort rather than only treat the symptoms. She incorporates Swedish, deep tissue and trigger point therapy into her work.

Carmen hopes to educate her clients about the body, and encourage them to create a home care routine, alongside massage, to facilitate long term results. Carmen aims to study Reiki to further help her clients understand emotions, thoughts and energies, which may become stagnant in the body. With positive intention and belief, those toxins can be released.

Carmen loves to kayak and walk the trails of Minnesota’s State Parks as well as travel to explore nature’s beauty and serenity. She loves film photography, dancing salsa and inventing vegetarian dishes.

Drew AlexandraLicensed Massage Therapist
Drew’s approach to massage unifies the body, mind, and spirit. She integrates Eastern and Western techniques, and is trained in anatomically-specific deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, and Swedish relaxation techniques, as well as Eastern modalities such as Shiatsu. She is committed to creating and holding a safe, nurturing, and body-positive space for all clients, with kindness and care.

Prior to practicing massage, Drew was an environmental sustainability consultant. Outside of work, Drew is usually doing yoga, playing with her two goofy dogs, reading science fiction, or planning a trip with her husband.

Jen RaeLicensed Massage Therapist, Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals member
Jen is a graduate of Center Point in St. Louis Park, MN where her primary training was in Shiatsu, Swedish and Rehabilitative Massage. She has also studied reflexology and Reiki I attunement. Her work has an intuitive flow, adaptable in pressure. She enjoys working with clients with chronic issues, particularly in the neck and shoulder region, as well as prenatal, and those looking to simply relax. Jen is a member of ABMP (Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals).
